We are delighted to announce that a number of our investors who bought into a company in 2005 called Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings PLC. The investors purchased shares at 51p and sold them this month (March 2010) for £7.50. These shares were purchased under the Enterprise Investment Scheme and hence qualified for a basic tax rebate on their initial investment and the gains made are all tax free: a return of 19 times their investment and tax free.
